You may be a highly experienced or seasoned NP or other nurse. You may have already demonstrated leadership within your setting and be seeking further growth, You may be relatively new in your role but excited and motivated about kick-starting your career for the future. Regardless, what I’ll share in this module will have relevance. We will talk about a range of skills and actions you can start working on at any point in a career, albeit in different ways or approaches.
